We take care of it
You give us the address. We plan the way for your furniture.
A flat near Spalentor, a courtyard in Kleinbasel or an upper floor in St. Johann: we check access and work out where the vehicle can stop for loading. Before moving day, we agree how your furniture will make its way from your old home to your new one.
If a furniture lift would help, we assess and arrange its use. Its use and cost are set out in your quote. We also plan protection for floors, stairs and furniture, and choose the right vehicle and equipment for you.

Receive your materials
We deliver all the boxes and packing materials you need free of charge, two to three weeks before your move. You can pack at your own pace.
We move everything
Our team protects your furniture and the walkways, loads the vehicle and transports everything to your new address. There, we place your furniture in the rooms you have chosen.
Settle in at your pace
We complete any agreed furniture assembly on site. You have a month to unpack before we collect the boxes from your new home.

How do I find out what my move will cost?
We discuss your move and assess its size during a free home survey. You then receive a free quote setting out the services and a price cap if requested.
Do I need to arrange a furniture lift myself?
We take care of that. We check whether a lift suits your furniture and the conditions at the property, then arrange its use. Its use and cost are set out in your quote.
When will I receive the free boxes?
We provide all the packaging you need free of charge and deliver it two to three weeks before your moving date. After the move, you have one month to unpack before we collect the boxes.
Can you handle packing and furniture assembly too?
Yes. We agree in advance which items you would like us to pack and which furniture we should dismantle and reassemble at your new home. These additional services are listed in your quote.
Can I book a move for just one piece of furniture?
Yes, you can book us for a sofa, a wardrobe or a small household. Tell us what needs moving and where it needs to go.
Can we arrange my move in English?
Yes, we also offer advice in English and walk you through the moving process together.
